SOEP Board of Directors

SOEP’s Board is made up of 11 directors. To become a director, candidates must be nominated by an existing director and then elected by the existing Board. The election of directors is held at the Board’s Annual Meeting. Once elected, directors serve a term of two-years with a consecutive two-term limit.

To assist the Board in the operation of SOEP’s activities Officers are elected at the Board’s Annual Meeting. To become an Officer a candidate must be an existing director, be nominated by a fellow director, and be elected by the existing Board. Officers serve a term of one-year and can serve no more than three consecutive terms.

Community members interested in serving on the Board are encouraged to attend the Board’s monthly meetings and to talk with existing Board members.
